Return and Exchange Policy
To ensure the rights of every customer, please apply for a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be in brand new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, and include complete original packaging, tags, instructions, and gifts.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Breastfeeding supplies (such as baby bottles, breast pumps, etc.);
- Baby tableware sets;
To protect your baby's health, we cannot accept returns of any used or opened mother and baby care products.
Situations Eligible for Return or Exchange
You can apply for a return or exchange under the following circumstances:
- The received product does not match the order (incorrect color, style, quantity, etc.);
- The product has quality problems or is damaged during transportation;
- Logistics errors resulting in lost or severely delayed packages (subject to verification).
After confirming the problem, we will provide you with free return or exchange service or a full refund.
Application Process
Contact Customer Service: Within 30 days of receiving the product, please contact us via email at elvo@ujxgx.com, providing your order number, a description of the problem, and relevant pictures.
Review and Confirmation: Customer service will reply to you within 1-2 business days and guide you through the return process.
Return the Product: Pack the product securely and send it back to the return address provided by customer service. Please be sure to keep the shipping receipt.
Refund and Exchange Processing: We will process the refund or reshipment within 7 business days after receiving the returned product and confirming its condition. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.
Return Shipping Cost Explanation
Returns or exchanges due to product quality problems or shipping errors: We will bear the shipping costs.
Returns due to personal reasons (such as size, color, preference): You will bear the return shipping costs.
If the returned product is found to be used, damaged, missing accessories, or does not meet the return standards, we will not be able to issue a refund and will contact you to confirm before returning the original item.
