How do I create an account?
Click the account icon in the upper right corner of the webpage, select "Create Account," and fill in the information as prompted. After creating an account, you can more easily place orders, view order progress, and manage shipping addresses and preferences, making the shopping process smoother.
What should I do if I encounter problems logging in?
Please first check your internet connection and try clearing your browser cache. If you still cannot log in, you can click "Forgot Password" to reset it. If you need help, you can also contact online customer service at any time, and we will assist you in restoring access.
Can I delete or deactivate my account?
Yes. If you wish to deactivate or delete your account, we will process it according to relevant privacy requirements after verifying your identity. Please submit your request via email.
Is my personal information safe?

Orders and Payments
When will my order be shipped after placing it?
We will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding public holidays). If there are any changes to the order processing time, we will notify you proactively.
Can I modify my order or shipping address?
As long as the order has not yet been shipped, we can assist you in making changes. Please contact online customer service as soon as possible. If the package has already been shipped, the address cannot be modified again.
What payment methods are supported?
We support major credit and debit card payments (such as Visa and MasterCard). All payments are processed through a secure channel.
What should I do if the payment fails?
Please check your card information, credit limit, and bank risk control status. If multiple attempts still fail, you can consult your card issuer or contact us for assistance.
How do I use a coupon?
Enter the coupon code on the checkout page and apply it. If it cannot be used, it may be due to activity restrictions or the coupon has expired. You can check the activity description or consult customer service.
Shipping and Logistics
What shipping methods are available?
We offer standard shipping (approximately 7-14 business days) and expedited service (approximately 3-5 business days). If you require expedited processing, please inform customer service as soon as possible after placing your order.
Can I combine shipments?
If all your orders are still in an unshipped state, we may combine them for you. Please provide the order numbers that need to be combined to customer service, and we will confirm them for you as soon as possible.
How do I track my package?
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can click on the link to view the shipping progress.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide your order information and photos. We will handle it properly for you as soon as possible.
Will there be customs duties on international shipments?
Some countries levy import duties or taxes, which are determined by the local customs and are usually borne by the recipient. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with your local customs policies before placing an order.
Return and Exchange Instructions
Can I return or exchange items?
Yes. Please contact customer service within 30 days of receiving the goods, and we will assist you with the return and exchange process.
Which items are not eligible for return or exchange?
Due to hygiene and safety considerations for mother and baby products, items that have been used, opened, or whose resale value is affected cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are unopened, unused, in their original condition, and with original tags intact are eligible for return.
Who bears the return shipping cost?
If the return is due to quality issues, incorrect shipment, or shipping damage, we will bear the shipping cost.
If the return is due to personal reasons (such as preference or unsuitability), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
The final decision will be confirmed by customer service.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and confirm the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
